Mission Commission Garage Sale

The Mission Commission garage sale committee, Kendra Sommer and Karmen Snyder, have with heavy hearts made the decision to cancel the Mission Commission garage sale for this year, 2020, due to COVID-19. 

Several factors have influenced this decision. First and foremost is our concern for the workers, many of which are in the high risk category for the infection. They could not, in good conscience, ask them or anyone to risk their health.

The second concern deals with the guidelines set forth by Governor DeWine. They don't feel that it would be possible to properly follow these guidelines given the amount of donations they receive and cannot ensure the safety of the customers or workers.  Guidelines require restricting the number of people in the building and enforcing social distancing.

Unfortunately, there is limited storage space. If you have items that you would like to donate, please consider storing them for next year. If anyone has the ability and is willing to store larger items like furniture and household goods, please contact us.
