Minster Council will consider the second reading of an Ordinance that will establish a two hour parking spot in front of the Hair-Itage Shoppe on West Fourth Street at its July 24, 2012 meeting. The U.S. Seasonal Drought Outlook released Thursday by the National Weather Service’s Climate Prediction Center said drought conditions in Ohio and as well as most of the U.S. will persist or intensify through Oct. 31. The recent rain has helped, but has not totally eliminated the drought concerns....
