Residents can register to vote online, at the Auglaize County Board of Elections, Stallo Library or at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
The current polling place for both Minster precincts is at the Minster K of C Hall on North Main Street.

Items such as a mattress, box springs or cloth covered chairs or sofas must be completely wrapped in plastic before Rumpke will pick these items up.
The Village begins taking shelter house rentals for the current year on March 1st.
The Village of Minster electrical system is not an open system; therefore, if you are served by the village electric utility you are not eligible to switch suppliers.

Occasionally, the Village has stone and top soil to sell. If you are interested in these items, residents should contact the Village Administration Offices to inquire about their availability.

All new buildings and structures, alterations, additions, garage, fences and pools or changes in use, or other activities connected to construction or development require a Zoning Permit.
Yes, you would need a building permit to erect a shed. The Zoning Administrator needs to make sure that the placement of your shed does not conflict with property lines or utility easements. If you do not obtain a Zoning Permit before placing your shed, you may have to move your shed to be in compliance with the Zoning Regulations.
Street lights that are not working should be reported to the Village Administration Offices at 419.628.2595. Once reported into the Village Offices, they will notify the electrical department to make the necessary repairs.
