Minster is supplied with excellent water from 7 underground wells and is stored in two modern, above ground water towers; one holding 250,000 gallons, the other 750,000 gallons. The Village water treatment and distribution system has over 1,400,000 gallons per day capacity. Present usage averages 1.2 million gallons per day. The current water treatment plant is designed for 2.25 million gallons per day.

ANNUAL RATE SURVEY
The City of Piqua's Utilities Department prepares an annual rate survey for water, sewer, and water and sewer combined. Rates are based on 22,500 gallons or 3,000 cubic feet of water in a three month period. Rates quoted are those in effect as of March 1, 2024. Below are the annual rate survey results.
